Checking "Yes" on page 3, (Section 7) Consent to Disclose Information allows IRCC to collect the report on your behalf. If you are renewing or applying for a Permanent Resident Card you do not need to request your Traveller History Report from the CBSA. If you select “Get Most Recent I-94,” the Web page will display your most recent Form I-94, which includes an I-94 number, most recent date of entry, class of admission and admit until date.
